This vet is amazing! My dog walker told me about them. They are quick, efficient and care a lot about the animals. They are all so friendly too. They are quick to book you, fast to serve you they took the best care of my pup. He recovered so quickly after his was fixed. His incision site was pristine. I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

I am so pleased, thrilled, amazed, happy and any other positive word you can use to describe this animal clinic. Where I am from our vet was very hands on and knew everyones pet by name. You get that here.
I had just moved here and my little Moolah was having stomach issues. My husband and I researched vets in Toronto and we decided to give West Hill a try. We were not disappointed. Not only did they take VERY good care of Moolah but called and checked up on her. In my book that is way above typical standards. Not to many will do that anymore.
Just recently Moolah was having stomach issues again and was also showing visible signs of an infection. We went to the Emergency Hospital and they faxed the results over to West Hill. I got a call the next day from her vet Dr. Thompson asking how Moolah was and explained that she had Pyometra and in such a way we understood the risk and what exactly it was. Over a 3 day period it got worse and we had to do surgery.
Dr. Wood did an amazing job on her surgery. She had the proceedure done yesterday and today she is laying here on the bed with her baby heavily guarded. (Like her 2.5lb body is going to really protect it from me).
The staff is caring and amazing all around and I could not have found a better vet anywhere. We LOVE this place and are very happy to have them as our vet. They remind me of the vets we had at home.

Dr. Brar is the best. He was my dog's vet while I was growing up & has taken wonderful care of my cats. He always remembers them & is gentle and kind. When we had to put my dog down he & his vet techs were very compassionate & helpful. He always explains your options to you, & he doesn't get weird or offended if you choose not to do certain tests or procedures when you can't afford it. He also offers the best prices for things like neutering that I could find in the area. 11/10 recommend.

I found Dr. Bonder after my Ragdoll kitten, Diego, had been misdiagnosed by several other veternarians in Toronto. Diego had very bad diarrhea from the moment he entered my home. Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly!
