We have been using Benton Medical Pharmacy since they opened. As my husband and I are aging, we have come to appreciate the first class service and attention to detail even more than usual. For example, when receiving our prescription, nothing is left to chance…stickers cover the bottles outlying all vital information pertaining to the medications. Always quick and efficient even when busy. They go as quickly as possible and the receptionist takes no guff from anyone. Walk in doesn't mean "right away clinic" so remember that. I have had pretty good service with all but two doctors over the past 8 years. One Indian lady doctor was clueless and kinda judgey and a more recent experience with a grey haired man doctor was very dismissive. Dr. Bernie is awesome and I try to find out when he is on duty. Very caring, compassionate man.

I call often, sometimes for things not normally sold in pharmacies, and they sometimes go looking for me and find them. Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.
