The charm and charisma of the gentleman doing the tasting for us was fantastic! Originally from France, then moved Westward across Canada, he was very knowledgable, passionate and enjoyable. He told us a lot about the wines and the winery, which was greatly appreciated, since it's a fairly new winery. The wines were delicious as well...ranging from $35 to $75/bottle, we came home with 6 to put in the cellar to age a few more years! Can't wait to crack them open at that time! We used Flying Fish Winery for our wedding wine and we highly recommend them. After a quick meeting with Derek and Melanie they helped us pick our "blend", create our labels and even talked us through the cleaning and bottling process. The price was fair, and most importantly the wine was good. Well at least that's what our guests all told us (I'm more of a Coors Light guy myself).
