I had the same experience. Did not turn up to remove my snow.
I was also offered apologies and the $50.00 compensation.
It did not arrive. I presume I will be doing my own shovelling this winter and will not see my money.
I wish I could give less than one star. We ordered snow removal for the season. Five days after the first snow storm and a footof snow in the driveway they had not showed up. I've tried repeatedly to get a refund, but had resort to contacting my credit-card company.
I wish we could have given no stars. We had the same experience as others who have reviewed on this site. We were fortunate because we purchased our contract through Groupon, and they happily refunded our money after SnowEasy didn't show up. We got the same $50 compensation offer, but we told them not to send us anything. We would absolutely NOT recommend this business. (oh, and one of the employee's names is Zain, so I have a feeling that the glowing 5-star review here is from him.)
Completely unreliable and un trust worthy company. They never showed up in snow strom and took full payment in advance. Please do not do business with this Company. They lured my by giving initially $50 compensation then it came to $25 then now they don't pick up the phone. My money is taken in advance and no refund is yet done. It is a very frustrating experience and one should not do any business with them.
